God’s Awesome Migrating Miracles

Dec 12, 2015 – GOD’S AWESOME MIGRATING MIRACLES

Monarch butterflies are known as little migrating miracles

The Lord pointed out to me Monarch butterflies several days in a row around my neighborhood and He said, research what I’m trying to tell you. So I did, and here are the main characteristics of the Monarchs. The Lord later revealed what He was trying to say to me thru them as a parable…

Description:

  • They are orange, black, with white wings.
  • Their coloring actually sends a warning to predators that the monarch is foul tasting and poisonous.
  • The milkweed they feed on as a caterpillar is actually a poisonous toxin and is stored in their bodies. This is what makes the monarch butterfly taste so terrible to predators. As adults they feed on the nectar of flowers.
  • Millions of Monarchs do a 3,000 mile migration journey for the winter in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Mexico or to southern California
  • When the Monarch butterfly first emerges from its cocoon, its wings are small and its body is large, filled with lots of fluid. Before it can fly away, the monarch has to wait until the fluid flows from its body into its wings, fully expanding them.
  • They have well-defined migratory patterns within their populations
  • Monarchs can produce four generations during one summer. The first three generations will have life spans from 2 – 6 weeks and will continue moving north. During this time they will mate and have the next generation that will continue the northward migration.
  • The fourth generation is different and can live up to 9 months. These are the butterflies that will migrate south for winter to either Mexico or southern California.

    The Lord reveals …

But the last generation of monarchs, is the migratory generation that can live up to 9 months. I feel God is emphasizing that we are the last generation folks, born for such a time as this, and we are positioned to fight for Christ in such a time as this! The number 9 means judgment and evangelism!

The Lord revealed to me… Monarchs are likened to My servants who endure and soar high in the Spirit to fight for Me fervently to preach The Gospel without fear of being ridiculed, maligned or persecuted.

My true servants feed strictly on The Word of God and remain protected by the Armor of God which makes their predators and the enemy flee. The Word of Jesus is our sword!

The shorter days and cooler temperatures of autumn prevent the Monarchs from maturing enough to reproduce, this allows their lives to be extended to endure the long journey. This is likened to us Christians as we grow in our walk with The Lord in these perilous times, ridding ourselves of all distractions that take us away from The Lord, allowing us to mature, persevere and produce the fruit that God requires.

The Monarchs’ distinct flying patterns are likened to God’s faithful servants moving willingly together in one accord towards the finish line. God’s servants love each other as they migrate and move to all corners of the earth to take The uncompromised gospel. They speak the truth so that many lost children will return back to Him and they shall know the difference between those that truly serve God and those who don’t know Him!

Mark 16:15 – 15 And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.

1 Timothy 4:16 – Pay close attention to yourself [concentrate on your personal development] and to your teaching; persevere in these things [hold to them], for as you do this you will ensure salvation both for yourself and for those who hear you.
